I help people put faith into action by stewarding their whole life — faith, body, mind, relationships, and daily rhythms — so they can gain clarity, build sustainable habits, and live present, resilient, and free instead of surviving on autopilot.

  • Health coaching isn’t about quick fixes or willpower — it’s about stewardship.

    Through faith‑based, whole‑person coaching, I help you uncover what’s holding you back, gain clarity around what matters most in this season, and establish sustainable rhythms that support the life God is calling you to live.

    This is not a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Coaching meets you where you are and helps you move forward with intention, wisdom, and grace — one faithful step at a time.

    Rather than telling you what to do, I partner with you through thoughtful questions, reflection, and accountability to help you:

  • To ensure clarity and trust, it’s important to understand the scope of health coaching:

    • I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions

    • I do not prescribe medications or supplements

    • I do not provide therapy, nutrition counseling, or exercise programming

    • I do not create personalized meal plans or fitness plans

    Health coaching supports behavior change, clarity, accountability, and stewardship — and can complement medical, therapeutic, or nutritional care when appropriate.

A 12-week, faith-rooted coaching journey for those navigating stress, burnout, or a season of transition.

If life has felt overwhelming, out of sync, or simply heavier than it should, this is a space to pause, reflect, and realign.

Health at the Crossroads is designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly supports your well-being through a whole-person approach that honors your spirit, mind, and body.

Together, we walk through two intentional phases:

Phase 1: Awareness + Realignment

We gently uncover what’s been draining your energy, bringing clarity to the root contributors of stress, and begin restoring your calm capacity. 

Phase 2: Strength + Sustainable Rhythms

We build simple, personalized habits that fit your life, so your health becomes consistent, supportive, and no longer overwhelming. 

This is not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan. 
It’s a structured, supportive coaching experience designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and alignment. 

You won’t be handed rigid rules or unrealistic expectations, only guidance, support, and space to discover what truly works for you in this season. 

If you’re ready for a simple, sustainable way to prioritize your health without overhauling your entire life, this is your invitation to begin. 

We value your time and ours so we plan our work with care. Sessions begin promptly, and we will wait up to five (5) minutes for you to join the call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice are not rescheduled.

Clear expectations allow us to serve with consistency and respect.
