Client Trust Center

This is a clear, calm place to understand how we work, why clients choose to work with us, and what you can expect.

Trust is earned through clarity, consistency, and care in how we show up, how we communicate, and how we steward what’s been entrusted to us.

This page is designed to make the “working together” part easy. It explains what to expect, how we protect your information, and how our tools support a professional, consistent experience across coaching, consulting, and advisory work.

Quick overview:

  • Scheduling, changes, and engagement expectations

  • Service boundaries and scope (what we do, and what we don’t)

  • Accessibility and inclusion commitments

  • How we use Microsoft 365, Practice Better, and Zoom

  • Privacy, website sharing, and cookie preferences

If anything feels unclear, ask. We’re glad to walk through it as we’d rather clarify early than surprise you later.

  • We value your time and ours so we plan our work with care. Sessions begin promptly, and we will wait up to five (5) minutes for you to join the call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice are not rescheduled.

Clear expectations allow us to serve with consistency and respect.

  • We serve with excellence and with clear scope.

Kingdom Bridge Consulting provides coaching, consulting, and advisory services. We do not provide medical care, therapy, legal advice, or financial product sales. Coaching supports insight, growth, and action; outcomes depend on client engagement. If a request falls outside our scope, we will say so and help point you in the right direction.

Clear boundaries protect trust on both sides.

  • Every person is made with dignity and purpose.

We strive to create experiences that are welcoming, respectful, and accessible. If you have accessibility needs, accommodations, or communication preferences, please let us know early. We continually improve our tools, language, and delivery so that all clients are served well.

    You belong here.

  • We use professional, purpose‑built tools to deliver our services securely and consistently.

Each platform is chosen intentionally — not for convenience, but for stewardship, clarity, and care.

    Microsoft 365 (“M365”)
Microsoft 365 is the backbone of KBC supporting our business communications and internal operations.

We use business‑grade email, calendars, and document storage — never personal email accounts. Access is role‑based and limited to what’s necessary to serve your engagement. This structure helps us operate with accountability, continuity, and professionalism.

    Practice Better
Practice Better is our primary client platform for Health and Wellness coaching‑related services.

It is used for client intake, scheduling, session notes, agreements, and billing. Sensitive coaching information is stored here — not in email. Access is restricted to those directly supporting your coaching experience, helping protect your privacy and keep boundaries clear.

    How Our Tools Work Together
Each tool has a purpose — and clear boundaries.

    • Email (M365) is used for logistics, coordination, and general communication

    • Practice Better is used for private coaching information and records

    • Zoom is used for live conversations and group experiences

This separation reduces risk, increases clarity, and honors client trust.

  • We take health information seriously and we’re clear about our role.

KBC provides health & wellness coaching, not medical treatment. We are not a HIPAA Covered Entity and do not provide medical or therapeutic services. That said, we operate with HIPAA‑informed care as a matter of principle.

In practice, this means we collect only what’s necessary, handle sensitive information discreetly, store health‑related details in professional platforms (not email), and limit access to those directly supporting your engagement. Coaching conversations are not part of a medical record, and we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Legal compliance is the floor. Care is the standard.

  • Our content is shared to serve, not to pressure.

Website materials are provided for general information and education. You’re welcome to share links with attribution. Content may not be copied, republished, or represented as professional advice. Private client materials are never shared publicly.

If you’re unsure, ask — we’re glad to clarify.

  • We keep this simple.

Our site uses basic tools to understand traffic and improve experience. We do not sell visitor data.

    Less tracking. More respect.

  • Trust begins with discretion.

We collect only the information needed to serve you well. We do not sell or trade client data. Sensitive information is handled intentionally and stored in appropriate professional systems — not personal inboxes or shared folders. If you ever have a privacy concern or question, you can reach us directly. We will respond.
