Simplicity

As a Health Coach, I don’t believe wellness comes from chasing perfection, trends, or constant optimization.

True health—physical, mental, and spiritual—comes from consistency, clarity, and honoring how God designed the body and the mind to function. This message is not about rigid rules or medical prescriptions, but about reducing overwhelm, restoring peace, and returning to simple, nourishing rhythms that support a full and grounded life.

Keep It Simple

Life was never meant to be complicated.

We overwhelm ourselves by chasing more—more options, more plans, more information—when God consistently calls us back to simplicity, order, and trust.

“But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.” 1 Corinthians 14:40

The body thrives on consistency, not constant change. The soul does too. When we simplify what we eat, how we live, and what we pursue, we make room for clarity, peace, and purpose.

Scripture reminds us that we don’t need excess to be well—we need what is sufficient.

“So if we have food and clothing, let us be content.” 1 Timothy 6:8

Overcomplication leads to confusion. Confusion leads to stress. And stress clouds discernment.

“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.” 1 Corinthians 14:33

Simplicity creates space.
Space to think clearly.
Space to listen to God.
Space to live with intention.

Jesus Himself modeled a focused, uncluttered life—rooted in trust rather than control.

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34

Simplicity is not restriction.
It is freedom.

Eat simply.
Live intentionally.
Trust God daily.

When we stop trying to optimize everything, we finally make room for what matters most.
